  Third baby to be born and baptized in the newly corporated town of Sudbury, Ontario. He severed contact with his siblings around 1928-30. The family searched for Daniel for 8 years in Minnesota, and eventually declared him legally dead. Apparantly, he did not want to be found. He appears in the 1940 census in International Falls, Minnesota, and in an draft record (military enlistment) for WWII. In 1950 census, he was a patient in a hospital in Durrand, Beltrami, Minnesota. never married, blind in one eye
